Todd D. Kuhlmann, CPA (Colorado License 15598)
Todd is a seasoned CPA having a combined 30 years of public and industry accounting experience. Having held positions in corporate management ranging from Controller to COO, Todd has rich experience in all facets of business (marketing, sales, finance, accounting, operations and HR) which he applies to client engagements. Having been a client of multiple CPA firms, Todd understands the importance of prompt client service, technical accuracy and the need to provide big picture business advice and counsel. Todd believes any successful service business is contingent on great client relationships, built from mutual respect, honesty and trust.
Todd is blessed with a beautiful wife Julie and their two “off the payroll” sons Zach and Grant. In his free time, Todd enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle and traveling.
Dan R. Cook, CPA (Colorado License 4433)
Dan R. Cook is a Certified Public Accountant with 40 years of experience in public and industry accounting. Dan’s work experience includes significant management positions involving accounting, tax, finance, operations, strategic planning and business development. He has structured and managed acquisition and merger transactions.
As Regional Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, President and Chief Executive Officer he has managed operations for entities from $6 million to $90 million in annual revenue. As a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the Colorado Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s, he is dedicated to the ethical standards and continuing education requirements necessary to successfully service a wide range of clientele.
Monica Drye, CPA (Colorado License 16653)
Monica Drye, a CU Boulder graduate, has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1996. Her experience commenced with several years working in internal and corporate audit. As an audit manager, Monica was responsible for overseeing internal controls, processes and practices as well as recommending changes and enhancements to existing policies and controls. Her experience as an audit manager enabled Monica to develop an astute attention to detail that she brings with her to every transaction and client. Monica’s vast prior work experience includes the medical industry, investment bankers, the corporate sector, as well as non-profits. Her depth and knowledge within every aspect of audit and tax accounting ensures that Kuhlmann and Cook LLC, clients receive high level competency, accuracy and integrity.
Monica and her husband Eric have four children. Her hobbies include running and traveling.
Jenny Kyle, Office Manager
Jenny Kyle has over 16 years of experience working in public accounting. She began her career as an administrative assistant and worked her way up to an office manager within a couple years. Jenny has learned about various roles such as Information Technology, Human Resources, Project Management, Personal Property Tax, Income tax and many others.
Jenny was a member of the Certified Public Accountant Firm Management Association (CPAFMA) for several years. During this time, she held various board member positions. She was Secretary, Vice President and President of the local Colorado Chapter.
Outside of tax season, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. They like to camp, hike local trails, ride bikes, and participate in Girl Scouts.
